On November 26th, 2009, Mr. Adam Szewczyk, the Chairman of Inter-Team Sp. z o.o. with its office registered in Warsaw, and Mr. Jens Soerensen, the Chairman of Nordic Forum with its office registered in Odense in Denmark, signed a partner agreement on the acquisition of 50% of shares in Inter-Team Sp. z o.o. by Nordic Forum. .

This co-operation will be a strategic move aiming at strengthening Inter-Team's position on the Polish market of car parts, accessories and garage equipment. For Nordic Forum, this investment is a step which enables them to enter Polish market by co-operating with a leading distributor and one of the fastest growing companies in this sector in Poland.
